We lead the charge on disability sport, offering a range of disability sport clubs and investing in inclusive practice across the Foundation.
We deliver several programmes for disabled young people and adults, including our Down’s Syndrome Badgers Club, Active Autism, Blind and Partially Sighted Football, Pan Disability Football Clubs, and lots more.
We also support participants to take part in our mainstream activities, providing inclusive opportunities throughout our programmes.

What does this activity mean to me?
Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do for him we’re very lucky. You’ve changed his life Katy – he’s so much happier and healthier thanks to the work the foundation has done.
I just wanted to say thank you so much to you and Michael for such a great day! The children (and adults) really enjoyed the day. We really appreciated how inclusive the sessions were and that you made them so accessible to all of our children who have a wide range of needs. We look forward to working with you in the future.
I am so happy and impressed the reason I brought her was to improve her resilience to be able to walk longer without dropping to the ground. This has exceeded my expectations as she is walking longer and is not so tired. Her listening to instructions has improved and I am so happy. 😊
I love seeing my son confidence grow week on week. He has began to believe in himself and willing to join in with his classmates at school.
These sessions helped my son to become more confident and more over not to feel isolated from society. This is a good chance to meet other people and communicate with them. He has got language impairment and developmental delay so can’t express his opinion but I can see that he is really happy when he comes to the session, it shows his positive mood.
The session is extremely important for my son's wellbeing, it makes him happy, provides him with a rare opportunity for socialising, boosts his confidence and fitness and gives me a breather for a couple of hours ;)
I like playing football, and playing with my friends at Fulham, and I score a lot of goals!
It’s a pleasure playing with my team, enjoying scoring goals and assists and yeah!
It’s an absolute lifeline. We feel so welcome, included, and she is gaining confidence and skills - thank you!
It’s nice to talk to people who know exactly what you go through.
He is so proud to play for the foundation and represent Fulham, and he is now a dedicated Fulham fan and season ticket holder!
It means the world to see Harry playing the game he loves in a safe, inclusive environment and to make new friends for him.
It is great to see my daughter look happy and accepted with a group.
I have feel great when I attend the session with the other friends, I feel like I improved my movements and my mood, I love playing football with the others (sic).
